Some directors and producers of our favorite TV shows and news programs don’t take prisoners. Well, they have to make sure that everything is in its proper place and ready for television. Well, we can’t blame them, can we? They have to please the audience and their bosses.
Their jobs could also get harder most especially in live TV streams. Everything could run southwards within just split seconds without even realizing it. What if you were one of the producers setting up for a live stream on TV? Then all of a sudden someone photobombs your live coverage?
When that happens, well, it could result in two things. It could either be one comical experience that people could enjoy for a few days or a bad day for the producers. It doesn’t happen every day, but when it does, it’s a field day for both audiences and producers. Just like what happened to Weather Channel producer Brett Taylor who just got epically photobombed by a city bus.
That’s already funny to read wait until you’ve read more about how a city bus photobombs Georgia Dome implosion live on television.
It was a typical day for Brett Taylor and Weather Channel team. They were at Georgia to cover the Georgia Dome implosion. All was ready and good to go. Like nothing could go wrong at that moment. They were set up just across the street from the implosion site.
Cameras were all set up, live TV gadgets were all ready, and all they had to do was wait for the implosion to happen. Then a few seconds after, the most awaited event finally occurred.
“3, 2, 1,” The countdown began moments before the planned implosion began. Then, the most uneventful thing happened seconds before the demolition takes off. A Marta city bus drives into the exact frame and casually stops right in front of the shot and completely covering the coverage of the implosion.
“Bus! Get out the way bus!” One of the producers could be heard in the background of the video. Hoping that it would move but as like a thug, the bus didn’t move. The bus remained in a casual stopped, completely oblivious that it was killing a live stream for national television.
